James Leopold Weidlein started his real estate career in 2010 working with Summit Enterprises. Leopold oversaw acquisitions and management of multifamily projects. In 2014 he joined NAI Global- KLNB in Tysons Virginia and his focus was in the leasing of over 3 Million square feet of warehouse, flex and office properties in Northern Virginia. He specialized in the sale and leasing of industrial and office buildings.

This includes representing both landlords and tenants in identify leasing prospects, as well as advising users of office, flex and industrial space to select appropriate real estate locations. We help our clients find Office Space For Lease, Industrial Space for Lease, and Flex Space for Lease.

 

Leopold started CRE Advisors in March of 2018 and is the Principal broker. His primary focus in acquisitions/sales of commercial buildings along with tenant representation inside the beltway of Virginia. Clients include private investors, business owners, and real estate investment firms. Throughout his career, he has completed hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate transactions and continues to do more business everyday.
